 - High School Track: Mathematics and Computer Science

The Computer Science Department at Al-Qasemi Academic College graduates well-qualified teachers with advanced technological skills, teachers who are able to develop high quality computerized environments that match the needs of their communities as well as the needs of the institution or the organization they work at.

The program is specifically designed to graduate junior and high school teachers. It combines theoretical and practical knowledge in teaching computer science in schools according to the current and future needs. Students take courses and research-based courses, such as programming languages, teaching methodologies, computer applications, web design, technology as learning environment and other courses on education, computer science and data system. Moreover, in the second-year, students become involved in Practical Education Program in schools to prepare for their future careers.

In this program, students can choose to study Mathematics as another major.
